I can agree that this policy expands the welfare Medicaid availability to more people, but I feel like individuals that make much money to merit for the Medicaid continue struggling to afford the private insurance and also pay fines on top if not insured. The good thing about this policy is that it improves the public health and also prevents the chronic disease thus promoting community health through grants, research, public health and interventions (Kinney, 2015). Accordingly, some of the titles that I like most about this policy are highlighted below. The first one is revenue provision, health care workforce, improving the quality and efficiency of health care and lastly quality and affordable healthcare for everyone which helps to acquire healthcare that is more efficient and effective. The effects of this policy on the economy are that it helps to lower the growth of healthcare expenses, thus raising hiring in the near term and bolstering the worker’s paychecks (Kinney, 2015). Conversely, regarding revenue provision, I think this policy relies on state loan repayment on critical need positions in healthcare.
