Answer: Emerging Trends In Healthcare There is no doubt that health is one of the fundamental factors in the lives of individuals. The daily schedules of individuals are gauged by their healthcare status and ability to perform in school or workplaces. As such, failure to receive quality healthcare, a person may be prone to several infections, which influence their immunity system. As observed by Baker (2013), healthcare is once more, a significant and controversial issue that might be debatable in Congress and the society in general. This study covers a discussion on emerging trends in healthcare, with an accurate assessment of how emerging trends in the healthcare field impact healthcare decisions for patients, doctors, and nurses. Technology: A Healthcare Trend Patients The 21st century presents different and unique dimensions in the healthcare sector, which play a significant role in the patient care and treatment. For example, through technology, enhancement of quality radioactive machines used in the cancer centers have an influence in the treatment of cancer as per the stages. According to Zelman et al. (2009), the records of patients are mainly archived through the electronic health records that have significance, especially to the respective facilities. Through the EHR, the individuals can trace the data found from various areas, the population growth of the patients and the facilities used within different regions.  Doctors Medical practitioners and physicians play a significant role in the treatment and provision of healthcare services. White (2011) states that the American Medical Association displays opportunities for trained doctors to exercise their skills, which are mostly guarded by the latest trends in healthcare services such as the use of advanced surgical facilities. Through technology, doctor, among other healthcare practitioners, use the opportunity to practice their skills of professionalism within the healthcare sectors. On the other hand, advanced technology creates awareness for the practice of abilities within different sectors in healthcare, especially the critical departments such as Intensive Care Unit. Through professional and trained doctors, patients are guaranteed of the quality provision of healthcare services. In addition, technology provides broader opportunities for the implementation of different policies and regulations, which can be exercised within a particular timeline. Information technology advocates for advanced systems in healthcare services and the assurance that the ethical codes that are to be followed by doctors to provide quality services are affirmed. Nurses The American Nurses Association exercise the full responsibility of duty under their code regarding quality delivery of services and patient treatment. Through Informatics Nurse, technology can be developed, and other nurses may receive training concerning the advanced systems of innovating quality care in nursing. Besides, cardiac care nurses are eligible for the performance and operation of electrocardiogram and supervision, which helps with the treatment of patients through the pacemakers as well as the rest of the heart health technology. Deane (2014) affirms that moreover, the genetic nurses can use the modern software to trace and analyze the genes of the patients, which will help with the assessment of different risks associated with diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer and other chronic or lifestyle conditions like diabetes.
