Answer: The core principles of the health planning offers accessibility to the high quality primary health care which is essential to enhance the health status of the people in Australia. It is not easy to determine the factors which combine to success (Bath & Wakerman, 2015). The important principles of the health planning linked with the provision of health care within Australia are: Engagement of the local community to maximise participation comprising formal structures of the community control and action of community involvement. The collaborative approaches aims primary health care services to work with other service sectors like housing, other primary health care organizations governmental or non-governmental and other levels of the health care system specifically hospitals and specialists (Duckett & Willcox, 2015). The delivery of the main primary health care program are essential for the long term health of the community and these are not bounded to the maternal, child health, chronic disease detectiona nd mangement. The evidence based approach are based on the quality improvment approach and comprises local community in reorganizinng what is known to work. A multi disciplinary team approaches empoys local community members comprising constant training and support. An approach which harmonises with the local Aboriginal’s life and specifically the organized service delivery. An adequate and secure resourcing to concentrate on the management and delivery of the non-acute care. The popultion planning focuses on the society as a part of the unit analyis whereas health service planning aims to improve health services in order to meet need of population. The population planning aims at improvement of quality life, economic developmment along with the survival. The health service planning aims to enhance health service delivery to meet the health needs of population. The population planning is practice of controlling rate of growth of human population in Australia. It is a regular approach (Conklin, Morris & Nolte, 2015). On the other side health service planning is a future oriented approach and is a medium to long term perspective which supports to imrove health of the targeted group of population. The adoption of the population policy provides a greater degree of certainty to the government planning and private enterprise decision making. It deals with different perspectives like immigration, social welfare, health, education, employment and more (Meurk, Leung, Hall, Head & Whiteford, 2016).
