The hectic life of modern day has posed hindrances to the lifestyle of the people in a remarkable way and therefore fitness tracking gadgets have come up to provide effective resolutions. Polar A370 is one such fitness tracker that possesses round the clock wearable wrist based heart rate and connected to GPS offering personalized activity as well as exercise guidance (Polar USA, 2017). The heart rate measurement 24/7 renders scope for monitoring the daily health regime through various activities in addition to the measuring of calories burned. It is a cost-effective, wearable tool that one can easily use to monitor the health related parameter of heart rate in an accurate, reliable fashion even from a distant place by virtue of GPS technology. Dearth of potential limitations further makes it a choice gadget to account for health and wellness among the common mass.
