Therefore, the benefits of keeping centralized health records across different services outweigh the potential risk to individual privacy. 2.With the growing prevalence of chronic disease, the health care system becomes very expensive and resource allocation becomes limited by other priorities (Patton et al. 2016). Mostly, cost of the health care resources privately financed by the shareholders of the particular health care system and thereby allocation of the health care services became stringent (Patton et al. 2016). However, the allocations should not be the ground to the ration health care resources. The prime reason behind it is that the health care services are the fundamental human rights and it should access to the individual of every age (Patton et al. 2016). Accumulated evidence suggested that the ration of the health care services according to age leads to the maximization the global burden because those individuals who require immediate clinical attention failed to receive the adequate services due to the uneven distribution of health care services.
