Answers: The health of vulnerable population in US is very much complicated as they are unable to bear high cost of medical insurance and services. In recent years, there are a huge number of people who are not under the coverage of the health insurance program. In this essay, the physician’s role in supporting vulnerable population is discussed. In later part, the role of a health care administrator in supporting vulnerable population is also highlighted in a reflective manner. 1.As the vulnerable populations have not enough money to access the high quality treatment, the physicians can arrange free health check- up programs in a regular manner. Along with this, adjustments can be done in the payment methods of treatment for various chronic diseases so that they can have it. Along with this, physicians can promote importance of the health insurance to support the health of the vulnerable populations (Daniel, Bornstein & Kane, 2018). 2.In future as a health care administrator I will try to reduce the socioeconomic inequalities among the vulnerable population as this inequalities has a negative impact on the health care services. In addition I will also try to reduce the cost of health insurance so that the vulnerable population can have access of the health insurances. In addition to this, I will allow more fund for the purpose of building new health care sector in remote areas so that vulnerable population can get access. Not only that, but I will also try to increase the use of telemedicine. Lastly it can be concluded that, a little contribution from the physicians and a few measures from the health administrator can improve the vulnerable people’s health.
