The communication is capable of build an effective and strong relationship between the sender and the receiver. On the other hand, the communication plan helps the sender to identify the issues that are bothering the receiver. In short, the communication plan is important for the deliverance of the resolving of the existence issues within the receivers (Neuliep, 2017). The Target Audience: The communication is based on the target audience and the issues they are facing. For this repot the target audience is the Native American people who are undeserved and are unable to recognize the need for the health care. Key Message: The key message that is intended to provide the target audience refers to the importance and necessity for understanding and seeking the health care needs. The Native American people are the aboriginal people of the America are undeserved and unaware of their requirements. Therefore, the communication plan is centered on the deliverance of the message about the importance of seeking health care for the Native Americans. Communication Plan: The communication plan is strategized with the two-way approach. The strategy for the communication is based on the feedback and general survey on the Native Americans in the certain community (O’Donoghue et al., 2014). It is suggested that the health care organization will conduct a survey within the communities of Native Americans which will help the organization to identify the sense of awareness regarding the health service. On the other hand, the organization will provide a feedback form to the aboriginal people, and according to the feedbacks the organization will be able to understand the health requirements of them (Lundgren & McMakin, 2013). Timeframe: The timeframe needed for the communication plan is three months. In the first month the organization will conduct the survey. In the second month the executive team of the organization will assess and analyze the feedback and in the third and last month the organization will start a weekly program for educating the Native Americans in terms of being aware of their health needs. Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded from the above report on the communication plan that the proper and effective communication is needed for making the Native Americans aware of seeking health care needs at the highest priority. The communication plan is therefore suggested in the report for establishing a two way relationship approach with the aboriginals for identifying the needs and knowledge of them regarding the health care needs and educating them for them regarding the same.
